We make our inflatable football helmet tunnels in the following sizes. Price listed on this page is for the small size with top stipes added on for an additional $250.

  • Large: 18ft L x 18ft W x 15ft H = $4489

Payment Terms: 60% deposit upfront, 40% remaining after production is complete and before inflatable helmet ships.

Shipping: We make our inflatable football helmets to order. Due to production time + shipping time, it can take 30 to 45 days before you see it at your door.

Notes: After deposit is paid, our design team will create more detailed digital renderings for you to review and approve. The inflatable helmet will be put into production after the renderings are approved. After production is complete, we will provide you with a video and images of the completed helmet for approval before shipping out.

Material Used

Our inflatables football tunnels, helmets, mascots are made out of strong Commercial Grade Oxford Fabric by default. You can also upgrade to PVC Tarpaulin, which is extremely durable and has a lifespan of over 10 years. Oxford Fabric is lighter weight and more affordable. PVC is heavier, more durable, water resistant and fire retardant. If you plan to use this in wet conditions, you should upgrade to PVC. Our inflatables are constructed with heavy-duty, double stitched industrial thread.

2 Year Warranty

Inflatables purchased through InflatableFootballTunnels.com are warranted against defects for 2 years from the date of delivery. This covers two (2) year seam to seam warranty from the date of shipment to Buyer.
